NEXI Software was developed by professionals who have worked with District Attorney’s Offices since 2005, supporting legal review teams and some of the largest prosecutor offices in the United States. Years of working alongside prosecutors, legal reviewers and law enforcement agencies provided firsthand insight into the challenges of criminal case filing and filing package management.

Through years of collaboration with District Attorney’s Offices, our founders identified common issues that affected case intake and review, including paper-based filing processes, disconnected information sources, duplicate data entry, and delays in receiving filing packages. These experiences became the foundation for developing NEXI Software.

The first version of NEXI was designed to help law enforcement agencies submit filing packages electronically to prosecutor offices. By replacing manual processes with a structured digital workflow, NEXI helped organize submissions, improve consistency, and simplify filing package review.

Today, NEXI Software supports criminal case filing and prosecutor review operations across agencies throughout the United States. The platform helps legal teams receive electronic submissions, organize filing packages, coordinate review activities, and work more effectively with law enforcement agencies through a connected digital process.
